Overall it was a convenient place to live but the building was very old. We had rats in our room, under our bed, in our closet, and we were left to deal with that on our own.
Friendly staff. Accessible, convenient, near restaurants and campus. Safe neighborhood. However, the building is a bit rundown. Sometimes a bit noisy as well.
Living here is very convenient and nice for a UC Berkeley student. It’s very close by to campus and a quick walk to Downtown, Northside, or Southside. The RA’s are also amazing!
Professional staff is helpful, wish y'all would ask residents to clean up after themselves in the kitchen. Rent is too high, but the location is great.
The Berk is extremely convenient to live in, and is reasonably priced for the comfort provided. My only complaint would be the Internet company that The Berk has partnered with, as they have a tendency to fail quite often.
Overall I’m satisfied, since The Berk is close to campus and relatively safe. However recently there have been some issues with enforcing the good behavior of residents, such as people who leave messes in the kitchen, people who bring parties into the shared spaces, and loud noises on the roof
Rent is overpriced so it's a shame because it's a nice place to live in with utilities paid for. Housing is over $1000 and for this price, it's better to consider other options.
Very convenient location since it’s right across from campus! The staff is very friendly and willing to help/accommodate anyone. Amenities on site are also very nice and great during busy weeks
Location is awesome, amenities are suboptimal. Our bathroom breaks several times a semester and room is fairly small with little extra space.
A great location, since it is uphill getting to classes is easy. The staff does bimonthly events which are so much fun. The entire staff is friendly.
Friendly community, close proximity to campus. Lots of amenities. However, can sometimes be loud. Occasional issues with electricity, furniture, plumbing, etc.
I’ve been living at the berk for a couple of semesters now and it’s a great with convenience, accessibility, and safety. I would recommend the Berk to anyone who is looking for housing in Berkeley!
It is clean but the area is very loud and the rooms are not sound proof. The wifi can cut out randomly, which ha been a problem twice already. On the bright side, cleaners come once a month and are nice.
The staff is very nice and creates monthly events to try and engage with the residents. Rooms are a good size with their own bathrooms and there’s a community kitchen. Overall very quiet except for the restaurant below.
It's a nice place, and the amenities, including the kitchen, are nice. My only complaint would be that things in the house constantly break / need maintenance, but they don't usually get treated in a timely manner.
It's not bad for a freshman to mingle here. I think it could be better if the freezer and refrigerator are supervised though, my stuff has been moved around.
I have lived at The Berk for over 2 years. The main reasons why I've stayed for so long is because The Berk is extremely close to the Berkeley campus. It is right across the street from the Berkeley Law School. The staff here are also kind. Lastly, I really like how no packages get lost because the staff keep it safe behind the desk and logs it in to keep track. One thing that can be improved is the speed at which maintenance requests get completed.
This is my third year living at the Berk, and I plan on coming back next year! The staff is so friendly and I love the proximity to campus. The RAs throw events a few times a month so there is always food and snacks around too.
A solid location and the room was significantly bigger than expected! Very comfortable! The apartment is dorm style so you do not have to buy any furniture!
The location of the berk on Arch is very nice especially for engineering students. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet. The house is a bit old though so you may hear noise from other rooms.
Like the proximity to campus. Having a monthly bathroom cleaning is also another bonus. The RA’s are great and friendly who spend lots of time putting on events for the community.
Nice location; it really was the determining factor of my choice. My room is relatively large, but it was kind of dirty when I first moved in. After a few weeks of work, I was able to make it more comfortable.
A great location! Right next to campus and amenities are all included including furniture, lounge areas, and even a library! Staff is super friendly too
Nice room and decent location. The frat house next to it is annoying but unavoidable. The kitchen is really nice to use and the commute to campus and bus stops are easy too
The Berkeley is a good place for students to live. Not only near the Berkeley campus but also near the bus station, very convenience for the students.
Very noisy apartment. Even after contacting Free House and management Free House continues to play loud music after hours (10pm-12am) at night which affects my wellbeing. Apartment condition upon move in was also horrendous! Spent money to clean carpet because it was not cleaned before I moved in, and many appliances were broken. Wifi was down for many days.
Overall, my experience living at the Berk has been highly negative.
Great location and rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. All shared common spaces are great and very well kept. Provides all base furniture.
I love the location because the Berk is right across from campus, and it’s in a pretty safe area. There are many things that could be fixed, such as the many broken dryers and the table in the lounge. However, I like the events that are held like waffle Wednesday.
Housemates and staff are friendly and approachable. Utilities are a bit run down but still usable. Nice proximity to school, restaurants, and stores.
Overall the Berk is very nice but it can definitely be maintained a lot better. A lot of the things in my room (including my broken lock on my door and shower, lights, etc) does not work nor has anyone bothered to come fix these major issues.
Awesome location and great community. Amenities depends on the particular room, and it can get loud from Free House and/or the frats during afternoons and nights.
Maintenance is timely, and the location is great. However, the service fee for paying rent via card online is unnecessary and outdated. Very few other systems do this. Rent has also increased more than inflation.
So far the community at the berk is incredible. everyone is so welcoming and open. my neighbors are fantastic and so are my roomates. i would definitely recommend.
I have lived in the Berk on College for over a year now and am currently living in a triple with a private bathroom. Both the double suite and the triple rooms I've lived in are very spacious and are well furnished. The rooms all have desks, drawers, big closets, and even small drawers for each resident, in addition to microwaves and refrigerators. The private bathrooms are also very spacious and very clean because they are cleaned every few weeks. The Berk on College is very close to campus and the bus stop, which is very convenient. Not only that, the staff is very friendly and always makes sure they respond as soon as possible when a resident needs assistance. There are also several socials that take place in the lounge, which makes it more fun to live at the Berk!
I like that the Berk is close to campus, and that we have access to the roof. The kitchen is also cleaned often, which isn’t very convenient. However, maintenance does not always respond and sometimes they just say there is nothing they can do.
I love the location with its proximity to campus as well as the downtown area. For me, the private bathrooms, as well as the common spaces are also great.
My apartment is in a convenient location close to campus and in a nice area. It is affordable for me and the lease-signing process was easy. I'm satisfied with the experience overall.
very very very excited to be living here next semester hoping there won’t be bunk beds very ideal location just wish we had a living room and our own bathroom but it is ok we will
Some of the washers/dryers don’t work and they don’t refund you if they don’t work. The kitchen is cleaned 3 times a week, but we often run out of paper. It’s nice that our bathroom is cleaned and maintenance comes to fix stuff eventually. Also, the water is amazing.
I just wish I felt the price of living here was worth it more. The amenities aren’t the best, and we should be treated as apartment renters not students in dorms.
Friendly environment and nice commodities. Safe neighborhood and close proximity to campus. Clean environment, however, can be loud and unsanitary
Great place. Great value for the location and amenities provided. Special shout out to all the RAs, who are an absolute delight to be around, they'll always be there to help out and make you feel at home. My only gripe was that the residents are too involved within themselves and not that open to socialising with neighbors or the Berk community. Even though the RAs have a lot of events for people to come together and mingle.

Overall I enjoy living at the Berk. I like that water filter in the kitchen, and the fact that the kitchen is cleaned. However, most of the laundry machines don't work. Half of the dryers are broken and one of the laundry machines doesn't dispense water, resulting in wasted quarters.
location is good but is expensive, a lot of amenities like kitchen, wifi etc . study room and main lounge with ping pong table. laundry is there too
I enjoyed my stay here o my complaint I’d have would maybe be the lack of privacy, but that goes without saying since I have roommates. Other than that I did enjoy my stay here. And pricing is sort of ridiculous.
awesome location, as close as you can get to campus, great staff, fun events. A little bit loud on the weekends and sometimes at night as the building is near frat houses.
Pretty amazing so far. Great RAs and great landlords. I would love to live here next year if not for the price, but considering the incredible location, the price isn’t too bad.
I adore living here. The apartment is huge and has pretty much everything I need, the staff is very kind and thoughtful, the location is spectacular, even better then UC Berkeley's dorms.
I've been living at The Berk for 2 years now. The best part of living here is the location. It is right across from campus which makes it extremely convenient especially when you have events until late at night. There are also rooms and a library for studying. The people who work here are also super kind and helpful. Your packages will always be safe as they are left with the employees. Just be aware that room cleaning is only once a month.
I did not enjoy the communal kitchen because many students did not keep it clean. I did not like how there was not a WORKING vacuum. But I enjoyed the relative closeness of the school.
Absolutely incredible. The room and the bathroom are very big, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. And I love how the space is always clean and organized
I’ve been living at the berk for a couple of semesters now and it’s a great with convenience, accessibility, and safety. I would recommend the Berk to anyone who is looking for housing in Berkeley!
I am very happy living here at the Berk on College. The residence is extremely close to campus, which is very convenient. I enjoy using the communal kitchen to cook my own meals. The staff are friendly and always helpful whenever a resident needs assistance.
Friendly atmosphere. Close proximity to campus and easy access to food, restaurants, and markets. However needs better maintenance on doors, lights, and other appliances in the house.
I appreciate the cleaning every two weeks and the monthly events. However it would be nice if the events were at more convenient times. I also like that the kitchen is cleaned.
It’s been good so far, maintenance is quick bathroom is relaltively clean, I wish the roommate pairing procedure was better but other than that mostly good
Great location. A bit loud due to nearby frats. Community is great, especially Roshonda’s waffles!! Room is a bit small but overall great place
Staff is very friendly and always there to help! Convenient location is great and I would have tried to live here all 4 years if I could have!
Living at the Berk is convenient as it is extremely close to campus. UC Berkeley is right across the street. Also, the people here are respectful and kind.
a little pricey but nice location and it's cool having a kitchen. the toilet system isn't reliable though. it leaked a lot. i wish the living rooms were bigger
Living here at the Berk for over a year now, I think Berk does a very good job of making sure everyone feels welcomed. It does a great job taking care of everything from apartment essentials to even fun entertainment.
Great experience so far. The people working are extremely nice, and the location is very convenient. The price is a little high, but the rooms are much larger than the Unit rooms.
Their could be some improvements in the facilities (I.e. restrooms and electricity sometimes don’t work) but otherwise, I think the berk is a very nice place that allows us residents to be as involved either the rest of the community as they want.
I love the community and the house is amazing. I really have no complaints except some residents use out kitchen wares without asking. But other than that I couldn’t be happier!
Love the house feel! The RAs are helpful and the building is kept clean and neat. It's been great getting to know my housemates and I look forward to renewing my lease next year.
I’ve enjoyed my stay so far here at The Berk. I love how close I am to campus and how close I am to everything within walking distance. I’m really happy to be apart of this great community.
I love living here, because everything is so accessible and close to the Berk. Everyone is extremely friendly and I love being so close to campus.
The experience here at The Berk has been okay thus far. It offers great value for the price paid. The electricity, gas, internet, and amenities are included. Area is relatively safe, peaceful at night.
I like the proximity to campus, but I wish I had more opportunities to meet and engage with my neighbors and other Berk friends. Maybe we could have group hikes or more movie nights.
I like my room and maintenance has been quick to respond to any issues. Still, I think that The Berk could be a more Earth-friendly place by including compost and recycling in the kitchen. Lots of cans, boxes, and jars are sent to the landfill.
The location is really nice, it's close to everything and most importantly campus. But we moved in expecting the roof deck to be open but that turned out not to be the case. Please fix it soon.
It's a great community. Quite social but also if you prefer some quiet, you'll get that too. Common rooms, kitchen and other areas are great.
The kitchen gets full and dirty sometimes but I appreciate the security and closeness to campus. Cookies are also yummy. I also like that my packages are safe
Friendly people, but maintenance took forever & I wish the kitchen was cleaned more often. I like that there are cookies in the office a lot, and I also appreciate my packages being safe.
The Berk has great service and very friendly staff. However, maintenance requests take a while to get back and get fixed. Overall, I am satisfied living here.
So far the experience has been pretty good. I enjoy it and it is very welcoming . I feel comfortable. I like the common areas and the fact that we get coffee.
The people are friendly. Lots of fun activities. Close proximity to many delicious restaurants and good shops. However, fruit flies are becoming a problem.
My experience at the Berk has been good overall. I love the location, and the community spaces are always kept clean. The staff are super nice too! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the frat next door is suuuuuper loud all the time.
Maintenance needed but good spacious home. I like living here because the location is great, and this really helps me get to my 8 am classes more or less on time
Now what can I say about the community here at The Berk. Honestly, it's been pretty good so far. You get to meet and interact with nice people in the lounge.
Great living experience, my roommates are great! I enjoy being a part of a community and love how my RA plans cute events for us. I also enjoy the proximity to campus and the peace found in the house overall.
Extremely close to campus, good facilities, wish that there were water fountains more available and frat row does get loud some week nights.
Very nice amenities and friendly staff. I also like the proximity to campus. The rent is a little on the expensive side, but I am fine paying a little extra more for the game room, full kitchen, study lounges, etc.
The Berk is a nice place to live because it is so conveniently located. The kitchen is always clean and everything works well. My only complaint would be that the frats are too loud.
All of the public facilities from the lounge to the kitchen are in very good condition and I enjoy using them daily. The staff is all very friendly and will greet you anytime you walk through the office to the kitchen which is nice and enjoyable.
I love how the Berk looks, I love how close it’s to campus. I don’t like living next to a frat. I also don’t like how close we are to free house and how they see us every time we go to the kitchen. But other than that the amenities are great and the people are great too.
So far, my experience at the Berk has been amazing. I love how this is a perfect transition between dorm style and apartment style living. Really enjoy that we have our own private bathroom!
The Berk is a great place to live. It's really close to campus which is very convenient for students. The property feels very safe due to its location and safety features. The residents are respectful to each other in sharing common spaces and there is an overall positive energy throughout the community.
Super close to campus and very nice study area and common area. It is a bit loud as it is located next to a frat house, and rooms are decently sized.
So far, the Berk on College is a super nice community with spacious rooms and an overall nice setup. The kitchen is brand new, and the courtyard is very nice.
The Berk on Arch as a whole is a nice place to live, especially with the staff that clean the common areas such as bathrooms and kitchen. My only complaint is that sometimes there are sudden changes to the place (e.g. construction) that happen w/o discussion with residents.
Safe location that is easily accessible from campus. Reasonably well moderated by staff, ensuring a welcome living environment. Accommodation is mostly satisfactory; the rooms are spacious.
Dissatisfied with some of the living conditions endured as kitchen renovations progressed long after expected (beyond 2 weeks) Lack of communications of what was happening and when we would be able to use the kitchen was unclear which showed little to no care for residents who were still paying monthly rent even though there was no use of kitchen for more than a month.
The situation could have been handled better.
Basically broken everything, from door to windows. Did not even have keys for us when moving in and for the first week. There was a crack in the front door window where you could stick a hand and unlock our door. Room had insect investation from ants to spiders. Signed up for a work mateience but never came. Took a whole semester to fix broken window in bathroom. But our RA were the best, planned events for us and really put in the effort.
My community was overall very nice. I was fortunate to be placed in a good living situation with my roommates. Although noise from outside was sometimes louder than desirable at night, overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Great lounge and kitchen area, it can get loud on weekends when Free House or the frat behind us played music, but otherwise great location great place to live!
There are many great things about the house; such as location, cleanliness, and wifi speed; and I would have given it a higher review, but I am upset with the kitchen renovation situation. I chose to live here knowing I'd have access to a wonderful kitchen throughout the year, and I feel lied to/cheated for that not being the case for most of this semester. As much as I understand that lowering every resident's rent is not financially reasonable, it is also hard to justify paying the same amount despite being provided less services, for over two months.
The Berk has nice amenities, great communal spaces, and the proximity to campus is unbeatable! A quad is a bit tight, but it's nice to have our own bathroom in the room.
Kitchen renovations are taking longer than expected without a definitive deadline, which is an inconvenience. Having to eat out a lot more often is expensive.
The berk created an environment that was both welcoming, accompanying and clean! Although it is a little strict, the location and level of service makes it worth it
Generally very good living conditions at a fair price. Spacious and very nice amenities. Only critique is that maintenance request regarding leaky roof took several weeks to be tended to.
The Berk is close to campus which makes it convenient to go back to the dorm often. It is also much safer than renting a place farther off campus as there are front doors that lock at night. Can be noisy sometimes but it has gotten better over time.
I don't like how I was fined $500 for nothing. I don't like the location. I don't like how there is a fire drill every two weeks. Overall I would say I've lived in worst places.
My resident experience at the Berk on Arch is great! The RA's are super nice and friendly. It has great location : it is so close to campus!
I’ve stayed in dorms and apartments in the Berkeley area, and the Berk has been the best experience yet. It’s located close to campus and right next to an excellent restaurant (Free House) and cafe (Cafe Strada). The close proximity to campus and hang out spots is very convenient.
The Berk itself is decorated nicely and offers a lounge area with TV, a pool table, a ping pong table, and couches where you can just chill out. There’s also a library inside where you can study, along with a study room on the 4th floor. The rooftop allows you to be able to tan on sunny days or study and is a cool hangout spot at night.
The staff is friendly and responsive, and the rooms themselves are nice and spacious. My apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a separate bedroom. That’s more space than I’ve had anywhere else living in Berkeley. The only drawback is the price, but the cost of living around here is high, so I guess it’s unavoidable.
What you get at the Berk is a good value, and I would definitely recommend it.
This is a wonderful place to live that's close to campus and offers perfect housing for Berkeley students. Some of my favorite things about The Berk is the 10 month lease (no subletting), the fact that utilities are included, and the 24/7 access to a kitchen and filtered water.
Roshanda rocks my socks! Close to campus and great costumer service by the leasing manager. Jamie the maintenance manager is the coolest dude who somehow manages all 3 properties and fixes problems right away. The RA’s are pretty cool too.
Apartment is very close to a campus and is why I chose to live there. The rooms are extremely small and so is the kitchen. It’s always very busy in the kitchen and hard to cook in when there are so many people. The kitchen is also very dirty.
The Berk is comfortable, has a great location, and the management has been really helpful so far. The room is spacious and it is nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. Private bathrooms are a definite plus!
very close to campus, great communal area, kitchen, and study area. It's a bit loud at night due to Free House but otherwise a great place to live.
The immediate living environment is quite good, although the surrounding neighbors are sometimes noisy enough to keep me up at night. The amenities are great, although it would be nice if people would clean the communal pots and pans after use, rather than having to scrub them off before every usage.
My housemates and RAs are respectful and friendly for the most part. Maintenance requests take a while to get fullfilled. I feel safe in my room and in my house. I'm satisfied with my triple.
Good location that's close to campus but too noisy due to the frat house and Free House. Also, employees are too slow with responding to requests.
Very nice place to live. The rooms are dorm-style but provide enough personal living space, and the location is extremely close to campus and all the main Southside eating places.
The community is very clean and well kept. The office staff are friendly. There are many amenities available to residents including a spacious communal kitchen, library, lounge, and laundry room, all of which are very convenient to use. Overall a very nice place to live.
Community is good; maintenance is good but slow; noisy in courtyard and I wish the frat would be quieter on weekends. The kitchen counter needs more space and overall I'm fairly happy with the fixes to the bathroom
Madeleine C L.
The organization is not the best and the management isnt helpful. The maintenance workers are extremely efficient and have helped fix the bad conditions
Haven’t had any problems with any of the the residents. Staff members are generally helpful with answering questions and getting packages and other tasks.
I am currently living in the apartment quad. The rooms are certainly spacious, so don't be misled of potentially being crowded as a quad. The staff is great and come by whenever there is anything wrong. The few problems I have is that, when it is hot, the apartment retains all the heat. However that could be good for the winter. Also I am right about free house so it can get loud at times. Lastly the windows are very old. The beds are high enough and windows are big enough where if I don't lock the window I may fall out of the window and get hurt.
The apartment community is quite friendly, especially the management. I like the community events they throw. Maintenance is also quite fast and problems get resolved quickly.
They are all very quiet, which is nice when I am trying to study or sleep. My roommates tend to sleep early, so my sleep hygiene is also improving.
Love the berk. Great community and great staff. The staff is always smiling and saying hello whenever they see us. I wish the elevators worked better
So far, my experience with The Berk has been great. My room is spacious and whenever there's a problem I can request a solution online! Plus, the RA's are always available to help with any situation.
It has been really good. The rooms are clean and the house is spotless. The people are quite and peaceful and I like that. One of the best things is the location because it's away from the crowd.
I love the berk! It's so close to campus and it's nice to know I can just walk down to have a delicious meal at free house 😋 I also love the community that we have I feel super safe and I can approach anyone
The building has very nice amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and loves to help in anyway they can. Having a private study lounge on the property is also extremely useful
Awesome community, love the people! Also it's super close to campus! The only complaint I have is the noise...the frats can get pretty loud some nights.
I have been at the Berk on College for the past few years and it has been a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and living spaces are very clean and quiet.
Brian Chen C.
Very close to campus, great kitchen and study rooms. Cleaning is every 2 weeks, but otherwise great experience. Pool table and ping pong table in the lounge as well.
Good apartment location. Generally good lighting but some areas where more lights would help (arch). Room maintenance options should be more flexible.
Super easy to communicate with staff or resident assistants when help is needed, and people are willing to help if you have a unique situtation.
The Berk staff is amazing and works really hard to accommodate every individual. I love how close the Berk is to campus and how safe I feel living there.
I was very happy with my living conditions! I especially enjoyed being able to live with my friends so close to campus, which made it really easy to participate in clubs and other activities.
I wish the community was cleaner. Kitchen trash cans are often over flowing. There are always spider webs on ceilings in the hallways. The front door is left open, which seems a bit unsafe.
Really great environment here, though it's impossible to find a place to have a conversation (phone call, reading out loud, or practicing things like scripts or music) in private. All the amenities are good and pretty well-updated, and the rooms are spacious enough. Sound insulation is fair.
Super helpful when you need any maintenance for your room. Safe living and community spaces. Staff on site that will help with any problems and easy to contact RA/staff during after hours
the environment is quiet and the library is a nice place to study. It is nice to have a restaurant next to us, so that way i can get food late at night without having to walk.
The community is incredibly loud. The fraternity next door is always partying, and the restaurant downstairs might as well be a party fraternity with how loud it is as well.
My room doesn't exactly participate in the community so it feels nice to be a separate and quiet apartment, but the main problem is that our room window faces a loud fraternity that parties at various hours.
The community is nice and the people are pretty friendly, though many people keep to themselves. It would be nice if there were more community-wide events. Also, Freehouse is really loud and they're open until midnight every night, which makes it hard to focus on studying.
I absolutely love being the LP here. Such great tenants and people that makes it so worthwhile. Stay tuned for all of the fun and rewarding events we have coming up.
Very friendly staff that is so welcoming and always willing to help. The amenities are great and my room is very comfortable. All of our maintenence requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
Kind of a ripoff. Didn't know about what the rooms looked like before in. Kitchen is always a mess and smelly. The 4th floor lounge's door lock is broken and has yet to be fixed.
I like the hot water machine and vacuum cleaning every other day. However, the heater opens up too late now, my plate and utensils disappear twice, the lightbulb is broken in the restroom and small study place on second floor.
People in the Berk on northside are pretty antisocial (I haven't even met many of my housemates). Also, our RA is kind of strict (throwing away stuff - such as plates and pans - that people leave out by accident). Other than that, it's pretty cool!
Overall the Berk is a nice place to live. I like its location and the size of the rooms. However, the maintenance request system is a little slow. I've put in multiple requests for the lounge door to be fixed and it still hasn't been. If this was made quicker, I would give the Berk 5 stars.
everything is really nice and clean. The cleaning service for the restroom is good, although the kitchen cabinet assignments are taking a long time.
There's a weird constant vibration that occurs 2 to 3 days a week, no one's really sure what it is, but it's kind of distracting. It would be great if there were more Berk community events, to get to know other people living here.
Currently, The Berk has a difficult time processing the resident's requests and needs. The administration seems very unorganized. Our maintenance requests are not being processed in a timely manner. It takes weeks to process and also the wifi has been a big problem. For a large part of fall and part of spring semester, the wifi has been very slow and lagging. It has been difficult to submit assignments and also do other things with the internet.
Cleaning service is tragic, internet took an entire semester to fix, people ignore labeled food in the fridge, and the rooms are not soundproof enough for how noisy the area around it is.
I really enjoy my living at the Berk. I have been living here for 2 years and I plan to live here until I graduate. I also recommend the Berk to lots of my friends :)
Good location, absolutely terrible internet. That is what perfectly summarizes my stay at the Berk. The office and services are extremely accommodated but neither EDR or the Berk assume responsibility for fixing the aggravatingly slow internet. This is one of the reasons I will NOT be releasing at the Berk next semester.
Had a great time living at the Berk. I really appreciated how well maintained everything was.The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall great experience.
Very clean and roomy. My roommates are amazing and the community kitchen is nice. The stove and the pans could be replaced and there is not enough dish soap and sponges.
The berks amazing. Ive lived here for 2 semesters and I love it. The staff is nice, the residents are quiet, and there are so many places to study.
The berks amazing. Ive lived here for 2 semesters and I love it. The staff is nice, the residents are quiet, and there are so many places to study.
The Berk is a great community located very close to campus. I really love the communal spaces such as the fourth floor lounge, library, and MPR. The rooftop view is fantastic, and my roommates rock!
Great community. Rooms are big and the roof view is amazing. Nice spots to study like the library and 2 lounges. Very close to campus (it's right across the street)
